Apex MWD and Haynesville Operator Drill 2+ Miles in 12.9 Days

The Apex MWD team & HT tool overcomes high temperatures to help an operator drilling in the Haynesville Shale successfully complete a 2+ miles operation in 12.9 Days.

Over the course of the operation, the measured depth was 21,800 ft and the lateral length was 10,850 ft. The HT tool drilled though temperatures as high as 354°F and continued providing accurate MWD measurements to help complete the well.

The HT tool helps maximize performance in high-temperature environments since all components are fully rated to 185°C, not just survivable.
